Under the New England Regional Student Program administered through the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE), a reduced tuition rate (in-state plus 50 percent) is available to ALL students from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Vermont enrolled in the Wood Science and Technology undergraduate program at UMaine.
